AROMATHERAPY - Is a holistic form of healing which works with the body to promote health and well being, by harnessing the healing power of plants through essential oils. Aeromatherapy will stimulate the mind - body connection, allowing for complete mental relaxation, release muscular tension and increasing energy levels. Different oils are used to enhance the environment and stimulate the effects of the massage.

DEEP TISSUE - A wide variety of deep compressions and stokes to specific muscles used to relax acute pain or chronic tension.

FACIAL - Massage of head, ears, face, and neck. Pressure applied to the facial nerves relieves eyestrain, headaches, and neck tension.

PRE/POST NATAL MASSAGE - Massage during pregnancy can reduce stress and promote a feeling of well being for the mother and the baby. Massage after pregnancy is beneficial in reducing postpartum stress.

REFLEXOLOGY - Massage of the feet, hands, and ears. Stimulates corresponding areas of in the body. There are at least 50 distinct massages, bodywork, and somatic therapy techniques. Many of these techniques are integrated throughout this massage.

SHIATSU - Uses pressure on the acupuncture points combined with various massage strokes to enhance blood and lymph fluid circulation.

SPORTS - Designed for the athlete. Sports massage techniques are utilized at all stages; pre-event, post-event, during training, and to expedite rehabilitation in the event of injury. Incorporating sports massage therapy will help relieve discomfort from over training, relieve muscle tension, and help speed the healing process of delayed onset of muscle soreness.

STEPPING MASSAGE - Stepping and Shiatsu techniques applied on the acupressure points along the meridian lines of the body. Slow pressure is applied to release tension. Hard pressure is available upon request.

SWEDISH MASSAGE - Employs long strokes, kneading, and friction to the more superficial layers of the muscles with active and passive joint movements. Used primarily for a full body session. It promotes general relaxation and improves circulation and mobility.

THAI STYLE REFLEXOLOGY - Good for autonomic imbalance, mental stress, and edema. It includes all the benefits of relexology plus Thai style stretching of the lower body. Abdominal massage makes this style even more effective. It improves blood circulation, activates internal organs, and relieves backaches.
