Lester Fitness Center is housed with the state-of-the-art fitness equipment available for use. The equipment includes: Body Masters upper-body and lower-body free weights; Concept II Rowers, Body Masters upper-body and lower-body selectorized machines; Life Fitness cardio equipment (treadmills, lifecycles, stair steppers, and cross trainers).

The fitness center also offers Yoga, Step classes and a variety of fitness classes. View the schedule for dates & times.
