Gunner's Fitness Center is a full-service gym and weight loss facility featuring brand-name Hoist and Cybex equipment. Inside the weight room you will find a variety of selectroized and free weight machines for all your toning, sculpting and strength training needs. The cardiovascular room is equipped with Life Fitness treadmills, Lifecycles, Stair Steppers, Cross Trainers and Concept II Rowing machines.

Inside the facility you can also enjoy a fun and relaxing atmosphere with a friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist with all your recreational needs.

You can relax in one of our sauna or steam rooms or make an appointment with one of our ever popular masseuse.

Gunner's Fitness Center also has many great recreational facilities such as outdoor pavilions, softball fields, tennis courts, indoor basketball/volleyball courts and an Outdoor Recreational Rental facility.
