Camp Hansen House of Pain Fitness Center is a state of the art facility that includes many diverse recreational programs to fit the needs of our patrons. With programs like outdoor recreation, sports, and wellness your sure to have the tools necessary to stay in shape! Hansen Gym has an extensive inventory of cardiovascular and weight training equipment, racquetball courts, wallyball courts, sauna/steam rooms as well as supplements sales. We also have a knowledgeable staff to help you with all of your fitness needs. Come and see us and let us help you get Semper Fit!
Customers can check out TRX equipment, manuals and DVDs at the front counter. A red TRX station is located next to the outside pull up bars. The TRX is a pulley system that uses a persons own body weight as resistence. Professional athletes such as Saints Super Bowl Champion Quarterback Drew Brees, NBA Stars, Olympic Gold Medalists and Pro Triathletes use this system.
