Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, prior to the scheduled delivery service.
Rental equipment can be delivered directly to your on base residence/facility ($40 service fee). There are two delivery time frames- 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for Southern installations: Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Foster, Camp Lester and Plaza Housing; and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. for Northern Installations: Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Kadena AFB, Chibana Housing and Camp Shields.
You MUST be present for the delivery of the rental equipment; you do not need to be present for the pick-up. In the event of a cancellation, you must cancel your rental reservation 1 day PRIOR to the scheduled delivery service/pickup date.
If delivery is not required, rental equipment will be picked up at the Special Events Warehouse, Bldg. #325, Camp Kinser.
Rental equipment pick up is scheduled Monday-Friday between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Returns must be made by 10 a.m. There are no pick-ups or returns on holidays or weekends.
A late fee of $25 per day will be assessed for late return of rental equipment. The fee will be incurred on a “per day” basis beginning with the first day of late return.
If rain is predicted on the day of your rental, you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, if you pick-up the equipment or fail to cancel a delivery before the item arrives at the drop off location, there are no refunds. If the customer receives rented/leased equipment, the lessors’ obligation to furnish equipment has been met and no refunds will be given.
A cleaning fee of $20 will be assessed for each item that needs to be cleaned as determined by lessor.
A rolling fee/drying fee will be assessed for any bouncer/inflatable that needs to be properly rolled or dried. To avoid fee, lessee agrees to properly store the inflatable in the event of rain or inclement weather; lessee will ensure that the bounce is rolled up the same way it was issues.
