For site management, information is collected for statistical purposes. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration General Schedule 20.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 (reference (bd)) and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act (reference (ay)).

To register online, please click on the "Rent & Reserve a Bouncer Now!' button above. Registrations are also available at the Special Events office, bldg. 5677 on Camp Foster.
Please note that at this time, deliveries to housing areas on Kadena AFB are unavailable due to the current HPCON restrictions.
Reservations must be made 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery service/issue day.
Rental equipment can be delivered directly to any on base residence to include Plaza Housing, Camp Lester, Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Hansen, Camp Courtney, Camp Schwab, Chibana Housing and Camp Shields. For delivery to other on-base residencies (i.e. multi-purpose room), you MUST be present; you do not need to be present for the pick-up. Delivery time frame is from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Estimated times are not determined as delivery service varies by schedule and island-wide road conditions. In the event of a cancellation, you must cancel your rental reservation 1 day PRIOR to the scheduled delivery service/pickup date.
If delivery is not required, rental equipment will be picked up at the Special Events Warehouse, Bldg. #325, Camp Kinser.
Rental equipment pick up is scheduled Monday-Friday between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Returns must be made by 10 a.m. There are no pick-ups or returns on holidays or weekends.
A late fee of $25 per day will be assessed for late return of rental equipment. The fee will be incurred on a “per day” basis beginning with the first day of late return.
If rain is predicted on the day of your rental, you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, if you pick-up the equipment or fail to cancel a delivery before the item arrives at the drop off location, refund requests will not be processed. If the customer receives rented/leased equipment, the lessors’ obligation to furnish equipment has been met and no refunds will be given.
A cleaning fee of $20 will be assessed for each item that needs to be cleaned as determined by lessor.
A rolling fee/drying fee will be assessed for any bouncer/inflatable that needs to be properly rolled or dried. To avoid fee, lessee agrees to properly store the inflatable in the event of rain or inclement weather; lessee will ensure that the bounce is rolled up the same way it was issued.
