will be mandatory competitors brief/weigh-in on 16 July at 1800 at the Foster
Community Center. During this time you will receive feedback from the judges on
what they will be looking for in the competition and bodybuilding competitors
will weigh in to determine which weight class you will be competing in. All
remaining categories will have their height checked for the competition.
