Mission:
The High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) program is unique to the Marine Corps. It is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program tailored to the needs of the tactical athlete. The HITT program is science-based and developed by certified fitness professionals.

Services:
HITT Small Unit Leaders (SUL) Course: The HITT SUL course is a 5-day introduction to coaching for NCOs who are seeking to leading safe and effective strength and conditioning workouts. The course is open to Marines and Sailors E-4 and above, with a first class PFT, CFT, or PRT. After attending the course, Marines and Sailors may lead HITT workouts for their unit, as well as utilize the HITT lockers/equipment. The course can provide a solid foundation for Marines who wish to later become their unit’s Force Fitness Instructor (FFI).
HITT Class: The HITT program offers hour-long classes at each camp taught by one of our Fitness Coordinators. Each HITT class is designed with Tactical Performance, injury prevention and resiliency in mind.

Strength
AMPD Strength® / Body Blast / Strength Intervals / Functional Strength / Strong Nation®
A full body workout designed to increase muscle tone. A variety of equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, cardio barbells, and weighted balls are integrated into each class.
Cardio
Power Circuit / Insanity® / Circuit Intervals / Tabata / Cardio Barre
Combines body weight, strength, cardio, and plyometric training. Movements are set to music or performed at specific work-to-rest intervals.
Cycle
Cycle is a cardio-based class performed entirely on a stationary spin bike. Exercises mimic road cycling, incorporating hills, jumps, and sprints.
Dance
MixxedFit®
A mix of explosive dancing and bodyweight toning. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
Zumba® / Zumba Toning®/ Zumba Step® / Aqua Zumba®
Zumba is a Latin-derived dance workout. Zumba Toning® incorporates all the elements of traditional Zumba® with added weights. Zumba Step® utilizes Aerobic step platforms. Aqua Zumba® blends high-energy Zumba® moves with low-impact aqua fitness.
Flexibility
Yoga
Yoga is a mind-body practice centered around intention, breath, and posture. While yoga practice may take many forms—from Yin to Vinyasa--classes labeled “Yoga” may alternate between different styles. Vinyasa yoga is vigorously paced with an added focus on strength. Yin yoga is gentler and slower-paced practice. Hatha yoga is a series of forceful poses designed to create heat in the body.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga incorporates gentle stretching and breathing exercises appropriate for expecting mothers. There is a heavy emphasis on pranayama (breath work) to prepare pregnant individuals for labor. While Prenatal Yoga is designed with pregnancy in mind, it is open to all patrons.
