DEEP TISSUE - A wide variety of deep compressions and stokes to specific muscles used to relax acute pain or chronic tension.
FACIAL - Massage of head, ears, face, and neck. Pressure applied to the facial nerves relieves eyestrain, headaches, and neck tension.
HAWAIIAN LOMILOMI - A deeply therapeutic full body massage that relieves tension, improves circulation, improves muscle tone, and helps eliminate edema.
ORIENTAL MASSAGE - Pressure applied to targeted points that are thought to release the body's own healing energy.
PRE/POST NATAL MASSAGE - Massage during pregnancy can reduce stress and promote a feeling of well being for the mother and the baby. Massage after pregnancy is beneficial in reducing postpartum stress.
