 The Healthy Thinking Group helps people dealing with issues of stress and depression by focusing on the cognitive processes and the mind-body connection.  We will learn new ways of dealing with stress and get back that motivation.  Techniques used in the small group (5-10 people) will include cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, exposure, disputing distorted thoughts, and positive goal setting.
