Kinser Festival is back! Bundle up and enjoy this winter fair-there'll be no shortages of warm food and refreshing beverages from local vendors as well as Bulldogs Burgers, Hickory House BBQ brisket and chicken, sizzlin' pizza and Kanpai Lounge for adult's liquid refreshment. As with all of MCCS Festivals, there will be Fun Land for the kids and plenty of game booths and amusement for all. Kinser Festival will also feature FREE live entertainment.

The 2018 Kinser Festival is open to all DoD ID card holders and Japanese. Patrons are asked to please leave their pets at home. Outside alcohol, bottles or coolers are prohibited; those choosing to drink, should do so responsibly. Daiko and taxi services will be available for those wishing to enjoy adult beverages.
