KIDS ON THE MOVE: SUMMER EDITION PART II
Kids on the Move is a creative, interactive, game centered-fitness regimen for children to participate in to keep them healthy and moving during the summer months. Taught by a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coordinator, this program will follow a curriculum with physical activity, nutrition and other healthy lifestyle components. The ultimate goal is to educate children and their families on the importance of implementing and continuing a healthy lifestyle, and providing them with the knowledge and tools to use effectively. Our activities are created to help develop positive, long-term lifestyle changes through building their self-esteem, using fun activities, proper nutrition and a more active lifestyle to have happier youth-mentally, physically and emotionally.
For children ages 7 - 12 only.
Will be taught by our very own fitness coordinators.
0900-1000 at Camp Foster Gunners Fitness Center.
Date of program will take place on August 14-15, Wednesday and Thursday (two days).
