MARADMIN 218/19 requires all first-time Tuition Assistance applicants to complete the Higher Education Prep (HEP) course prior to being approved for Tuition Assistance. This online course will provide service members with the necessary information regarding how to prepare for starting a college degree program as well as tips for success and other educational benefits information.  This course is located on the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) website and can be accessed at https://jkodirect.jten.mil.  The course number is HEP US001.
