Did you know that youth ages 15 and older can use MCCS Fitness Centers Cardio and Weight Facilities without an adult?
They just need to attend a free Youth Orientation with one of our Fitness Coordinators at your installation’s fitness center, where they will receive a program and equipment orientation. Upon completing orientation, they will receive a Youth Orientation Card that they can show to the front desk staff for admittance to any MCCS Fitness Centers on island!
Youth ages 12-14 are also authorized to use the fitness centers’ cardiovascular and weight rooms after completing Youth Orientation, but only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Schedule a Youth Orientation by calling your Installation Fitness Coordinator, the Health Promotion Office at 645-3910, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
And one more friendly reminder!
Youth ages 12 and up are also allowed to participate in Group Fitness Classes, but ONLY under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is actively participating in the same class.
Thanks for your attention, see you at the gym!
