Yoga is a spiritual mind-body practice which centers around
intention, breath, and posture. While yoga practice may take many forms—from Yin
to Vinyasa--classes labeled “Yoga” may alternate between different styles.
A continuous flow of diverse and deliberate poses combined with
breathwork to achieve strength and balance. You can expect Vinyasa yoga to be vigorously
paced with a focus on muscular strength and flexibility.
A meditative, slow-paced form of yoga. Yin takes a passive
and gentle approach to strengthening and lengthening with the aim of increasing
circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
A series of willful and forceful poses. Postures are held
for extended periods of time with a focus on alignment. Sequences are designed
to cultivate heat in the body with a strong focus on breathing.
A dynamic HIIT-style dance workout choreographed to popular
music from all over the world. Each class introduces a variety of Dance styles
from latest trends to oldies and international flavors.
A mix of explosive dancing and
bodyweight toning. People often associate MixxedFit classes with the nightclub,
without all the other distractions.
A body-sculpting Latin-derived
dance workout. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a
combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.

every lunge, and every burpee is driven by the beat of the music.
A water-based workout that blends
high-energy Zumba® moves with low-impact aqua fitness.

Strength training classes
designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and burn body fat. Each class
focuses on strength training major muscle groups using light weights, high
repetitions, and a variety of strength training equipment.
An hour class that uses
kettlebells to improve overall strength, core power, balance and coordination.
Kettlebells improve functional strength and targets every muscle group for a
total body workout.
