Yoga is a spiritual mind-body practice which centers around
intention, breath, and posture. While yoga practice may take many forms—from Yin
to Vinyasa--classes labeled “Yoga” may alternate between different styles.
A continuous flow of diverse and deliberate poses combined with
breathwork to achieve strength and balance. You can expect Vinyasa yoga to be vigorously
paced with a focus on muscular strength and flexibility.
A meditative, slow-paced form of yoga. Yin takes a passive
and gentle approach to strengthening and lengthening with the aim of increasing
circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
A series of willful and forceful poses. Postures are held
for extended periods of time with a focus on alignment. Sequences are designed
to cultivate heat in the body with a strong focus on breathing.
A dynamic HIIT-style dance workout choreographed to popular
music from all over the world. Each class introduces a variety of Dance styles
from latest trends to oldies and international flavors.
A mix of explosive dancing and
bodyweight toning. People often associate MixxedFit classes with the nightclub,
without all the other distractions.
A body-sculpting Latin-derived
dance workout. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a
combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
