SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING
Substance Abuse Counseling

Prevention services available for youth and their families. Please call BH-SACC Prevention via the main office line at 645-3009. From cell phone or off base: 098-970-3009.

The Substance Abuse Counseling Center provides prevention, screenings, assessment, prevention, early intervention, and treatment services. Prevention and treatment services focus on helping individuals identified with substance related issues make positive and healthy changes in their lives. Early Intervention classes are designed for individuals making high-risk choices and are therefore at greater risk of developing substance related problems. Treatment Services are designed for individuals who have identified substance related issues and help them to create and maintain goals of low risk guidelines or abstinence.

Referral procedures for active duty:

Contact your command's Substance Abuse Control Officer (SACO) if you want a referral to SACC (no incident has occurred) or self-refer to SACC.

Following an alcohol or substance abuse incident a command referral and scheduling of an appointment will be initiated by your SACO.

Spouses of active duty personnel:

Directly contact the SACC facility on Camp Foster to schedule an assessment.
