Semper Fit Health Promotion will be holding a professional athletic shoe fitting session with Mizuno on May 19 at Camp Courtney's Ironworks Fitness Center from 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00-4:30pm. Sign-ups are going on now. Please email Terumi Nagai-Luebbers of Health Promotion with your name, cell phone number, and preferred time. Shoe fitting specialists from Mizuno Athletics will assess your foot by checking arch height, flexibility and pressure distribution to determine the proper shoe for you. Strong Military Couples Workshop

Strong Military Couples Workshop

This educational workshop/forum on Camp Courtney will help couples assess their recent deployment and reunion experiences on May 24, 6-8 p.m. Strong Military Couples also addresses the effects of reintegration on a relationship, allows couples to evaluate the level of mutual satisfaction in their relationship and provides communication tools and resources that they can use to strengthen their relationship.
